CYRCLE. is a two-man collective made up of American artists David Leavitt (Davey Detail) and David Torres (Rabi), whose artwork focuses on life, duality, and the human condition combined with the aesthetic consideration of form, typeface, color, and balance, which is what creates their “signature” style. This duo was born in Los Angeles, California in 2010. The CYRCLE was originally made up of three artists, David Leavitt, David Torres, and Devin Liston, on October 8, 2010. They choose the name first and foremost because they had tried working together in the past to no avail, try fail, and now they had come the full circle hence the name CYRCLE. with a “Y” instead of an “I” because there is no “I” in CYRCLE.; it is a “we” thing. The all caps represent power and the period suggests finality… CYRCLE. is here to stay. The deeper meaning of CYRCLE. is rooted in Alchemic mythology, more specifically the inspiration came for the Ouroboros, a self-sustaining creature of perfect balance. read more

Street artist Roa is a muralist from Ghen, Belgium whose work has often been recorded and photographed, but very little is known about the artist and even less is documented. At a very young age Roa remembers wanting to be an archaeologist or something adventurous and collecting little skulls from birds and rodents to draw at home. He grew up in the eighties and naturally was inspired by the American life; music, skating and so forth. The love for music, more in particular hip-hop, quickly joined his curiosity in graffiti. Like most muralists, he began by spraying throw-ups under bridges and walls. During his early years, Roa expressed an active, eclectic mix of styles. At the time, there was not prevailing movement in Belgium. As time went on, the scene’s evolution further evolved as foreign visitors left behind an assorted collection of talents and skills. Slowly but sure Roa became addicted to the nature of urban art. read more

Born in 1973 as Christian Guémy, the Paris-based French street artist known as C215 has swiftly moved in to being one of the top stencil artists in the world. He is considered one of the top veterans still in the game, with his moniker derived from a prison cell in which he was once locked away. C215 has been creating street art for about 20 years. He paints, draws, and makes stencils, and he truly enjoys painting in the streets. The stencils make it possible to paint beautiful street art portraits in unauthorized locations. They are often enhanced through the use of graffiti markers. C215 also began using spray painting techniques in 2005. He believes that graffiti is focusing on a name by marking a territory and street art is placing art in the perfect location. read more
